Brandi Sachse joined Union Hill in 2025, bringing nearly 20 years of property management experience with her. She’s led new construction projects, overseen lease-ups, and managed regional teams with a focus on people-first leadership.
Originally from Kansas City, Brandi began her career in New York after earning a degree in Fashion Business Management. Her fashion experience gave her sharp business sense and an eye for detail—skills she’s carried into real estate ever since.
Outside the Office: Brandi stays busy with her two active sons’ sports schedules and cherishes time with family.
Fun Fact: Her elbows are double-jointed—seriously, it’s wild.
Madison Schultz — Assistant Property Manager
With seven years in property management, Madison Schultz brings experience, heart, and hustle. Her roots in fine dining and casino hospitality shaped her love for people before diving into real estate, where she quickly rose to assistant manager.
She chooses to stay close to the action—supporting residents and the leasing team with trust and positivity.
Outside the Office: Family and faith ground her, and she treasures her role as “Aunt Madison.”
Fun Fact: She never misses a beat—music is her fuel, and dance breaks are a must.
Jillian Schlatter — Leasing Manager
Jillian joined Union Hill in 2025 with a deep love for connecting with people. Her experience in fast-paced properties and floating roles shaped her into a confident, compassionate leader.
She says, “I’m the Lorax—I speak for the people!” and truly means it, ensuring residents feel heard and supported.
Outside the Office: Music, animals, and kindness define her world.
Fun Fact: The Perseids meteor shower peaks the day before her birthday every year—a cosmic gift she looks forward to.
Ryan McGinnis — Leasing Consultant
Ryan joined Union Hill in 2024 and quickly became a welcoming face on the leasing team. With a degree in Horticulture and a background in Mycology and Park Services, she brings a unique blend of curiosity and hospitality.
She believes, “Every unfamiliar face holds the promise of community.”
Outside the Office: Ryan loves cooking, baking, and enjoying time with friends.

Elizabeth Simpson — Social Media, Marketing & Events Manager
Elizabeth joined in 2024 after graduating from Kansas State. Starting as a leasing consultant, she quickly found her passion for events, marketing, and community building.
With a restaurant marketing background, she brings creative flair and energy to social media and resident events alike.
Outside the Office: She enjoys gaming, playing viola, and spending time with her cats.
Fun Fact: She speaks German—just one more layer to her unique mix of talents.
Diamond Gragg — Assistant Property Manager
Diamond joined Union Hill in December 2025, bringing several years of experience in multifamily property management. As the Assistant Manager, he has a strong foundation in community operations, leasing strategy, team leadership, and resident relations.
Diamond is passionate about creating well-run, welcoming communities and takes pride in building meaningful relationships that help residents feel supported and at home.
Outside the Office: Diamond enjoys cooking, traveling, spending time with family, and binge-watching a good TV show.
Fun Fact: He is the co-owner of an up-and-coming catering business with his brother, T’Js Custom Catering.
Kennedy Givens — Leasing Consultant
Kennedy joined Union Hill in November 2025 as a Leasing Consultant, marking her first role in the multifamily industry. She brings a background in community event planning and community relations, which helps her connect naturally with residents and create a welcoming environment.
Kennedy especially enjoys helping residents and being a supportive presence within the community. She leads with kindness and believes that treating everyone with respect is at the heart of great service.
Outside the Office: Kennedy loves reading and exploring new activities around Kansas City.
Fun Fact: She was a classically trained cellist for nine years.
